Please allow approx. 3 weeks to complete sublimated items (any bespoke items). Turnaround times can increase to 4-6 weeks during our busy periods.

Please allow approx. 10-15 working days for any teamwear items to be completed. (This excludes delivery time).

If there are any products out of stock, you will be notified of the new delivery date.

Items that have been customised e.g. garment printing / embroidery / sublimation cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.
