What is your turnaround time?

Personalized items (e.g., with club logos, initials, or sponsors) cannot be returned unless faulty.

You can either:
- Collect samples from our shop.
- Book a kit meeting via sales@pictonsports.co.uk.
- Request samples to be shipped to you with a refundable deposit.
How do I start ordering kit?
You can:
- Use our kit builder to design it yourself.
- Email sales@pictonsports.co.uk to request one of our designs.
What is your sizing like?

I received a text saying part of my order is ready. What does this mean?
Don’t worry! The rest of your order is on its way. This may happen if:
- You ordered a mix of sublimated and off-the-shelf items (sublimated items take longer).
- There's a stock issue, in which case we’ll notify you.
What is the 2-Shirt Guarantee?
We’re confident our rugby jerseys won’t be damaged in action. However, if a jersey is cut off due to injury, bring it to us, and we’ll replace it with a like-for-like jersey. This guarantee is limited to up to two jerseys per team kit. This guarantee lasts 12 months.

- Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays: Closed
